Beschreibung


Gemeinsam fertigten die Kopisten G. A., A. L. und Augustin Lehhofer einen Stimmensatz zum Hymnus In Sanctum Angelum custodem (WAB 018,1) an. Bei allen drei Kopisten handelt es sich wahrscheinlich um Schüler oder Musiker aus dem Stift.
Die Unterschrift des Kopisten ist nicht eindeutig zu entziffern, sodass die Benennung vorerst provisorisch bleiben muss. Ebenso fehlt die Zuordnung zu einer Jahrgangstufe, wie sie bei den anderen beiden Kopisten vorliegt. Es kämen mehrere Schüler des Stifts mit den entsprechenden Initialen infrage.

    The copyists G. A., A. L. and Augustin Lehhofer jointly produced a set of voice parts for the hymn In Sanctum Angelum custodem (WAB 018,1). All three copyists were probably students at the monastery.
    The signature of the copyist cannot be clearly deciphered, the designation must remain provisional for the time being. Unlike his co-copyists G. A. and Augustin Lehofer, A. L. did not identify himself as a member of a class in Kremsmünster. Several students of the monastery with the corresponding initials would be possible.
